About 100 international observers will follow the progress of Sunday's presidential election, it has been confirmed.
The foreign observers are from Denmark, Germany and Ukraine, according to Poland's National Electoral Committee (PKW).
All of the votes will be counted by hand, following a computer glitch in November's local elections.
Although the computerised counting system will run parallel, the final results will be determined by the hand-count.
November's elections undermined public trust in the process, and sparked sharp protests from opposition parties.
