I’m Not Crazy, I’m Sick is a powerful documentary that chronicles three families and a WNBA MVP who are fighting for survival against Lyme disease. The film highlights the physical, emotional, and financial toll the disease takes on their lives, as well as the urgent need for greater awareness, testing, and treatment options. Through their stories, I’m Not Crazy, I’m Sick is a call to action, to understand and support the millions of people worldwide who are living with this devastating illness.
To support National Lyme Disease Awareness Month, the companies hosted a VIP screening of the film on May 18th at the DGA Theater. Following the event, Lyme Advocate Ashely Loren (Satine in Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Broadway) hosted a special panel with guests including Kim Cleworth (executive producer and featured in the film), Atty Cleworth (executive producer and Lyme patient in the film), Dr. Harpal Mangat (expert in the film), Paul Ross (Global Lyme Alliance Chairman), Ashley Baker (Lyme patient in the film) and Dr. Robert Bransfield (expert in the film).
