The Board of Election Commissioners for the City of Chicago is seeking to hire and train paid bilingual Judges of Election. Specifically, the Board needs citizens who are registered to vote in Cook County and who are fluent in English and Polish. Serving as a Judge of Election is rewarding work, and it also is a paid position. Those who meet the requirements, complete training and work all of the General Election on November 2016 will be paid $190 for their services ($140 for serving on Election Day and $50 for attending the full-credit training).
Voters can apply at www.chipollworker.com or fill out attached application and mail it back to the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners at 69 W. Washington St Suite 600, Chicago IL 60602.
